Oh what a year it has been! Some parts have gone by really fast and others not so much. This little boy has truly kept us on our toes and showed us just how different one child can be from the other :) I have also realized that having a child so close to the holidays is a tad bit crazy! We celebrated Jake's big milestone with a Very Hungry Caterpillar themed party. The theme came from that fact that Jake's favorite thing to do is eat and he pretty much resembles a caterpillar when he crawls. My parents thankfully hosted the party, since they have the space. It was a great party! The decorations were so fun to make. It was great to be "crafty" again! Here are some pictures from the big day.
Jake was not so much into the present opening, but he sure got a lot of great gifts!
Cake time was fun! Jake was a little taken aback at first. He didn't quite now what to do. Once Jake got the hang of it though, he really enjoyed himself :)
Thanks for everyone that helped us celebrate! Now things will hopefully slow down for a little bit :)
