Happy Thanksgiving!

This year for Thanksgiving we made the trip to Danville. We left Thanksgiving morning and got back this afternoon. Now that Matt is living in Milwaukee he was able to join Bryan, Grace, and I for the drive down. Sarah and Nick were a part of our Thanksgiving feast and of course so were Anne and Cliff. Daniel wasn't able to make it home from New Orleans for Thanksgiving this year, but we made a 'conference' call during our meal to see how he was doing :) We ate at 2, which is Grace's nap time so she was able to enjoy her very own Thanksgiving meal for dinner...and she LOVED it (especially the corn casserole!) After stuffing ourselves we of course saved room for dessert...pumpkin pie, apple crisp, and peanut butter fudge pudding...Yum! On Friday, after getting in a nice long run after stuffing myself, me, Bryan and Matt decided to do some Black Friday shopping. Ohhh how incredibly different Black Friday is in Danville compared to around here. First off, we were able to find a parking space! And well...there weren't many stores to go to, but we still found some good deals. Mark, Jana, and Kaitie came over to visit in the afternoon and then for dinner we enjoyed some Monicals Pizza. We had a great visit in Danville and are thankful this year for many reasons, but family, health, and being able to spend time with the ones we love are on the top of that list. We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now onto Christmas...the most magical time of the year!
