Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent celebrating at my parent's with my dad's side of the family. Christmas Eve started at 5, so knowing that we would be there past Grace's bedtime we moved all her naps that day. We were able to stay until 7:45...whoo hoo! Gracie had a great time visiting with all her aunts, uncles, and cousins. She doesn't have a fear of going to anyone and Grace very willingly let anyone hold her and of course anyone could play with her. Grace was so lucky to get more presents! She got a lot of great board books, Melissa & Doug puzzles, Toddler Tunes Cd, and a walking toy.

As we got home that night we told Gracie that Santa was coming and she kept saying "ho ho ho", so we knew that she got the whole concept as much as she could for a one year old. We put out cookies and milk for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer. Gracie fell right to sleep while 'visions of sugar plums danced through her head.'
